Separate RUS and ENG game ideas
Keep game ideas in Russian and English separately. Complete translation of Game Idea Rating (this web) into English.
Todays English and Russian game ideas here are mixed together. I suggest to filter game ideas based on a selected language. Russian players often cannot read English ideas and English speaking players cannot find English based ideas in the overall list. This change would help with an usability of this tool.
Additionally please complete translation of English user interface of this tool. Buttons, headers and other texts are in Russian language even if you switch to English. That makes navigation for English players harder.

I think it is not necessary, but if English-speaking users want it - why not? By the way, reading Russian offers will improve your Russian language skill... But, of course, the discrimination in that question is bad. So, plus.
